As a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner with a Master of Public Health, I have 16 years’ experience as a public health researcher and educator, with additional training in digestive health and nutrition.
Qualifications aside, nothing taught me more about gut health than the journey with my son, who battled severe acid reflux for a year and was placed on a waiting list for stomach surgery at 12 months old.
